I followed the steps described here: https://help.pluggable.io/docs/customer/how-to-activate-the-license/ However the activation screen (step 5) did not contain an ‘ACTIVATE’ button. Instead it contains a screen that looks like it should include all the info (name, email, license key all blank), but is blank (expiry date is completed). It is not possible to add the missing info
